— Challenge: More booth, same deadline.
Our 50′ x 50′ island for OFC 2026 was already in fabrication when we saw a chance to do more with the floor. Weeks before move-in, we added three elements: a large LED video environment, a dedicated AI demo space, and a meet-and-greet zone. Each had to match the original architecture, install on the original schedule, and hold full visual impact.
— Solution: Three activations, one structure.
Our exhibit team engineered a second structure around the three new spaces while the original booth stayed in production. An LED video wall anchored the brand story at the center of the floor, a larger AI demo station gave our technical teams room for real product conversations, and a branded meet-and-greet area opened up attendee flow and gave us a place to host VIPs. AV, electrical, and structure were planned together so the new work read as one design with the original.
— Outcome: On time, no seams.
The expanded booth installed on schedule and looked like it had been designed as one piece from the start. The video environment pulled attention across the hall, the AI station carried deeper demos, and the meet-and-greet space kept conversations moving. We added three new activations weeks before the show and gave up nothing on quality or timing.
